We talked about PowerPoint how to add graphics, animations and how to change the font on the PowerPoint so the audience can read the words. We also went over a little on MLA papers and there formatting.
Keyboard short cuts:
- F7= The Spell Check
- Shift and F7 = The Thesaurus
- F5= Starting the PowerPoint Slides
- CTRL M= Creates a New Slide
- If you click on the tab called OUTLINE in PowerPoint and you select all the text then press CTRL space bar that removes the blue text formatting
- Instead of formatting every slide you can go to the tab called Slide Master format however you want and all the slides are formatted how you want so it saves time.
- In Word you can flip a picture so that the item is facing the words.
- Also in Word you can change the color of your paper.
Go to Page Layout and click on Page Color and you can choose whatever color you want but if you don't have a color printed the page when printed will still be white.
THIS IS THE WALLPAPER FOR MY WORD DOCUMENT I DID TODAY IN CLASS ON SUMO
